Leading on from last week’s infographic, here is Core Training For Athletes Part 2. Our core training should aim to:
• Produce, RESIST and endure various levels of force in multiple planes of motion (sagittal, transverse, frontal)
• Perform with good posture throughout
• Challenge postural control
• Link upper and lower body
